Be Internet Awesome

Students learn the fundamentals of online safety and digital citizenship: how to spot scams and misinformation, protect their personal information, search safely, and treat others kindly online. They’re introduced to basic AI concepts in an age-appropriate, safe way building the foundation before they start using AI tools directly in later years.

Gemini Academy

Students learn how generative AI actually works and how to use Gemini responsibly and effectively. This includes writing clear, effective prompts, using Gemini inside Docs and Slides to support schoolwork and creative projects, and understanding the ethical boundaries of AI use. The track ends with them building a real applied project a research summary or presentation using what they’ve learned.

NotebookLM

Students learn to use source-grounded AI for academic research: uploading their own sources, generating reliable summaries and study guides, and using Audio Overviews to review material faster. Unlike general AI tools, everything stays grounded in the sources they provide so they learn how to speed up research without sacrificing accuracy. They finish by building a real research notebook on an actual academic topic.

Teacher Enablement

Teachers learn how to use Gemini for lesson planning and to save time on prep work, how to use Gemini’s tools inside Google Classroom to differentiate content for different student levels, and how to use NotebookLM to build reliable, curriculum-grounded teaching materials. They leave with a complete, ready-to-use lesson plan built using both tools skills they can apply immediately in their classrooms.
