
Awareness Session: Mastering Productivity: Intro to Google Keep (for Educators)

In our third session of the series, we shifted our focus to the “hidden gem” of the Google Workspace: Google Keep. On April 15th, educators gathered via Google Meet to explore how to transform digital clutter into a streamlined system for productivity.
The session was designed to build awareness of Keep’s powerful features, moving beyond simple checklists to advanced organization. We explored:
- Contextual Note-Taking: Using Keep alongside Docs and Calendar for seamless integration.
- Visual Organization: Using labels, colors, and images to categorize lesson ideas and student feedback.
- Collaboration: How to share notes with colleagues for real-time co-planning.
By the end of the meet, participants left with a personalized roadmap for staying organized in a fast-paced school year.
